We believe in using every part of what we source, minimizing waste, and honoring the journey of each ingredient. (We welcome even odd shapped veggies!)

We compost the food waste and the leftovers get sent to a local food bank.

Yes! We are a family friendly restaurant.

Absolutely! We do not cook with animal or animal by-products. Nothing should contain dairy either.

We also offer gluten-free and allergen-friendly options. All the meals that contain peanuts are marked in our menu! Our kitchen will cater to specific allergy requests- let your server know.

Make sure you check out our Buddha Bowl and seasonal drink menu. Do feel free to ask our servers for their personal recommendations.

Visit our Reservations page to make a booking. Let us know of any requests in the Special Requests section of the form and we will try our best to accommodate them.

We currently do not offer event planning or coordination services, but we would be happy to host your eventa at Mosaic! While booking reservations for your events, please make sure to fill out the 'Special Requests' section with a brief description of your event.

You can make bookings through our website for a party size of ten or less. For a larger group, please contact your local branch for arrangements.

Yes! However, make sure to check in with the reception and, preferably, bring it in a closed container.

If you are cancelling a booking, please call in and let us know at least 3 hours in advance and we will refund your reservation fees. A refund may not be guaranteed otherwise.
